The High School Leadership Program (HSLP) offers 21st-century skills training, world-class education, and a mentorship platform for students in three schools across India. By connecting over 300 students annually with more than 200 subject matter experts, including corporate volunteers, HSLP provides a unique opportunity for students to access expert mentorship. These virtual sessions cover various topics, including leadership, communication, entrepreneurship, and STEM subjects.

Structured as bi-weekly sessions held every Tuesday and Saturday, the program extends beyond conventional teaching. In addition to targeted topic-specific sessions, students participate in scientific and extracurricular activities, competitions, quizzes, and workshops, fostering a multifaceted learning experience.
